All auction items, signed items, worn items, limited-edition items, and pre-orders are final sale. No cancellations, refunds, or returns once an order is placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of: – the item – the packaging – the shipping label
If the claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or resolution at our discretion. Items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery. Contact the carrier to open a claim.
Chargebacks Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed aggressively with proof of delivery, email logs, and IP verification.
