How does the auction work?
All auctions are powered by the Auction Pro app via Shopify. Each product page shows the current highest bid, number of bids, minimum increment, and the auction end time. You simply enter your bid and submit. If another bidder outbids you, you can place a higher bid at any time before the auction ends.
How do automatic bids work?
Automatic bidding lets you enter the maximum you're willing to pay. The system will automatically increase your bid in small increments only when needed to keep you in the lead. Your maximum is never shown to other bidders.
What happens when the auction ends?
When the countdown reaches zero, the highest bidder wins. You will receive an email with payment instructions immediately after the auction closes.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely through Shopify Checkout. You can pay using credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or other available methods depending on your region.
Do you charge the winning bidder automatically?
No. You will receive a checkout link after the auction ends. You must complete payment within the required payment window (usually 24–48 hours).
What if the highest bidder doesn’t pay?
If the winner fails to pay, their bid is voided and the item may be offered to the next-highest bidder or relisted.
Can I cancel a bid?
No. All bids are final. Please bid responsibly.
Is there a reserve price?
No.
How does pre-ordering work?
If an item is listed as a pre-order, it means it is not yet ready to ship. Pre-order items will display the estimated fulfillment window. You will be charged at checkout, and the product ships once production is complete.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic U.S. orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after payment is received (or after pre-order production is completed).
International shipping times vary by destination but generally take 7–21 business days.
For custom auctions, please allow additional time for signing merchandise, creating certificates of authenticity and shipping.
How are items packaged?
All items — especially signed and collectible products — are shipped in protective, reinforced packaging to ensure they arrive safely and in mint condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Auctions, signatures, collectibles, and limited-edition items are final sale. No returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, contact support within 48 hours with photos of the box and the product.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Every collectible item on this site includes a custom, hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from Abella Danger. This COA is created specifically for each product and serves as your proof that the item is genuine, owned or worn by Abella, and signed by her personally.
What the COA Includes
Each COA will contain:
